MONTHLY GROUP THEME

We all need some inspiration every now and again, so I thought "lets have a monthly theme!" We would create a piece of work which followed the theme for the month for example: Africa or COLOURS etc.. Then post it on the group page. Whaddayah thinks?

OMG, where has this woman been all my life? I've just been looking up Xenobia Bailey, she is now officially my new idol! I like working with vortexes and circles too so now I'm on a roll. See you folks later I've got a design brewing!

I'm in for the spherical!

Perhaps that came to mind because this is usually the time of year when there is plenty of focus on crop circles...during autumn harvest. Also, Xenobia Bailey's works are "spherical" in nature, and represent mandalas...which to me..kinda look like crop circles. :-)

Idk or have a clue. What about something to do with "crop circles" or "spherical"?

You are right CrochetUnplugged it is getting drawn out now. So would you do the honour of giving the next theme so we can get this thing rolling again. What do you have in mind for a theme?

It's been almost two weeks since I replied to this discussion and still no creative challenge has been set in place. I don't think we should wait for everyone to reply, because maybe they are not interested or just don't want to reply. Nevertheless, I am losing interest in participating. Not that I don't want to, but the more I keep "reading about where everyone else is" instead of an actual challenge, the more bored I get about taking this serious for participation. At this point, who cares where they are? Perhaps if we start doing something and getting the ball rolling...more crafters will join in.
