When I get a chance I like to sew, crochet, quilt and garden.
My overall interest is in the wholistic healing arts and lifestyle.
I especially enjoy learning and reading about localvore, green-
living, slow-food, local-harvest and slef-reliance.
About Me:
A Proud Black Woman, Mother of 5, Grandmother of 18, Great-grand to 2 (and
counting). My hobbies are sewing, crocheting, quilting, gardening and the grands.
Unfortunately most of my craft projects are work-in-progress -- but it try.

Greetings, hope everyone is well and happy. I haven't had a chance to get to my Nings lately, but I was going thru my email and noticed a BCG "friend" invite from Ms. Ruby. As usual I had to reset my password! I'm glad I did 'cause I hadn't got the memo that that I needed to reset my little page. Besides Tweets, Myspace, FB, Y-Groups, resetting 360s, various forums and webapages -- I planted some tomatoes which are coming along pretty good (for me that is). I think I got carried away tho' (lol). Anyway I've been able to give some away already and stil have a few still growing. A least I have some photos to post on my Gardening group. Of course I'm behind on my crafting! I've got 2 little ones to make gifts for and haven't even decided what to make!

Well folks, Wish me luck.
