Scrapbooks

If you were to have a scrapbook made with a painted cover, what would it ideally look like for you? What would you want to see?

Thanks

I would to have different books by theme, such as children, family, wedding, school, etc.

For the child theme, you could have a couple of little girls with pigtails and cute little dressesin a field with alot of beautiful flowers.

For the family, you can have a family sitting on a porch or the parents and kids walking and holding hands.

For the wedding, you can have a couple jumping the broom or a bride with a beautful, very full wedding dress.

For the school version, you can have a bus with cute little brown faces in the window.

Just a couple of thoughts.

Interesting! So, you're into "cutsey" covers ... I'm definitely going to do one when painting the scrapbooks. It'll be quite telling to see what the response to it is like. Thanks for sharing your preferences with me. Much appreciated.

Paisley - Handprinted Paisley.
beautiful tones of fuscia, red, oranges, gold and lots of floral stamping.

I saw the most beautiful book from a friends reception years ago.
she had taken an old sari and covered a guest book with it.

stunning,

Hah! I have a few paisley clothes. At least 2 tops and even a pair of pants on my big bold self. :D I want to get a paisley bag made too. A year or two ago I bought cream-coloured paisley-like fabric for bookmaking.

But PAINTED or PRINTED paisley! I'm definitely going to try my hand at that. Well, I don't know about printing but maybe I could make paisley stamps somehow. Or paisley stencils. Hmmmm. Thanks for sharing your prefs. Much appreciated.
