- About your question aove about the dollar fee,to say I won't pay is harsh for right now I donot have it. And I do have a paypal acct there is nothing in it and I am sorry. I hope I can still become a member and when I do get a dollar I will submit it. About me,I am a disable artist,I'm constantly trying to market my wares which I have alot of. Black people especilly in the South are slow to grasp Afrocentricity
