Specific crafting I do (NOT what people do in my company) -- a LIST of what I make, decorate, or artistically alter with my hands, and/or other part of my body.
Hand painting silk scarves and apparel.
About Me:
I've always had a love for wearing scarves and wraps. With the help of a silk scarf, I found all sorts of ways to
update my existing wardrobe. I would wear them as a halter-top, a head wrap, a belt, and the list went on.
The possibilities of how to wear a silk scarf were endless!

Then I decided that I would create my own silk scarves and wraps. With ideas in my head, and a paintbrush at my fingertips, I began to dabble in the art of silk hand painting. I began creating designs that I could not find at local retailers. Suddenly, I had friends and co-workers addicted to my “Wearable Works of art”.

What happened next? With an eye for fashion and a flare for the trends, I established my accessory line DeeBozzz in March 2000. The mission of this fiber art company is to “create beautiful and unique designs through the art of silk hand painting and dyeing”.

What makes these accessories so different is that they are so unique. Every scarf and wrap is fashioned by hand from beginning to end. Patterns may be similar, but every scarf is one of a kind! They have a luxurious feel, yet they are easy to care for.

You can also find my Hand Painted Silk designs at various boutiques, gift shops and catalogues. Visit my blog, for current updates. Retailers, please click on the WHOLESALE link for information on how you can carry the DeeBozzz line in your store(s).

Deebozzz Accessories come in an array of colors and sizes and are the perfect compliment to any wardrobe!
I create my wearable works of art in my Toronto-based studio.
