Specific crafting I do (NOT what people do in my company) -- a LIST of what I make, decorate, or artistically alter with my hands, and/or other part of my body.
I make one-of-a-kind hats. I am also a silver and gold smith making jewelry in everything from brass to platinum. I also make beaded chains which I make potent with Reiki.
About Me:
I was raised in Bedford Stuyvesant/Brooklyn NY/USA. I began making beaded jewelry in a summer program headed by the community activist Jitu Weusi. I was an apprentice at Dar El Sudan, NY's premier African American jewelry store in Greenwich Village in the late 70s.
I have been blessed to make jewelry for celebrities and causes. I teach jewelry making to an age range of 5- 84 in 'intergenerational' classes.
I began doing the one-of-a-kind Hats in 1994. Besides being so much fun and creative, it was easier to manage from making to selling with my then pre-school aged son.
My inspirations are my people and nature.
I am in the midst of 'rebranding'. Websites, etc will be posted here as they are launched during the next few months.

Favourite crafting books and videos
I do not purchase any supplies on line and after 40 years crafting books and videos are not something I am in to. However, I have scores of stores and resources I can list and share.
